Okay.. I can't post this information on facebook or anything because it'd probably be instantly considered as bragging or whatever... But I'll post it here to maybe motivate newbies. So today I was extremely bored. Didn't know what to do with myself. So I started browsing my accounts... A few hours ago I casually logged into my PayPal account and I see something strange there... There's $1700 too much in there. I was like "There. Is. Extra. Money. Here. How is that possible??" At first I thought it's a mistake by Paypal or something crazy like that but I soon discovered that I was in fact paid for some affiliate promotions I did MONTHS ago. I've probably lost the email notification among all the rubbish emails I get. Funny how that works... just randomly getting money and not even knowing. This is the best feeling in the world. I read stories about stuff like that from gurus and I didn't really believe that things like this really happen. But obviously everything is possible in the world of internet marketing. Truly, this is the best "job" in the world.
I fully agree. Internet marketing is great, because unlike a brick and mortar business, here, you can make a lot of money, just by having a good idea, and knowing how to properly execute it and market it, even with little to no investment

Yeah this wasn't Clickbank, I just thought I'd post it here because I've gotten to know you guys over the years. But it can easily translate to Clickbank. Sometimes you place review pages and build a few links and forget about them. Then after a few months, as if by magic, sales start coming from them. I always love late sales
Well done dude, there is so many ways to make money online!! I'm thinking of going into CPA offers and expanding my business, my CB sales are starting to increase again - oops better not say too much I might get accused of working for CB lol!
The real fact is that, some people push offers and then see they don't work so they abandon it and leave it alone, then months later your paid. Ever wonder why? Could possibly be because of a seasonal or monthly trend where one month may be better for a certain niche then any other. Moral of the story: ANALYZE YOUR DATA, RINSE AND REPEAT! Whoever said that only those who don't know what their talking about say the term "rinse and repeat" is full of bullshit, literally! If it works once, it can work again with possibly another niche.
What I think dlm is saying is that the phrase was used too many times and tossed around to the point where noone really applies it anymore. Obviously "rinse and repeat" is awesome tool if you really use it, but mostly people are just saying it because it sounds good (even though I hate it) and not because they're actually using it. IMO Yeah I try to give it my best.. I remember my first sale as if it happened today. Then my first $100 day... And my first $1000 day (man THAT was awesome). Internet marketing is the best thing which I have ever done.There is no nicer feeling than checking your clickbank or paypal account in the morning to discover that you made sales while sleeping. It's simply fantastic.It's addictive.Once you see some success it's become very easy to stay motivated.
I had the same thing happen to me but not such a large amount. I had been promoting for Hydra and ran a pretty heavy article marketing campaign. I had moved on to other projects and hadn't logged in for a few months. $487 was sitting there when I logged back in. I love when things like that happen. Congrats OP
I've had that happen to me a few times, and yes, it surely does feel good. When you're in the business of internet marketing, you've just got to make sure that you put your best foot forward. As you can see, the work that you do can pay off (and pay off well) in the future. So keep it up!
