It depends on your site niche. What it is?

I can't say but it's a high paying niche, I am getting like the lowest paying ads. Is it true if you remove the channel and replace it next 24 hours, the site's going to get crawled again?

Also, sometimes by having too many ads on one page, you allow for most of your clicks to be much lower. Less ads = less CTR%, but more per click, and then instead have another company/ad on the site as well. Boost up income.

...or it could just be your niche :p

For high paying niches 5 cents is really very low. Maybe you are smart priced (low conversion) and check if your ads are almost for MFA style sites (DO NOT CLICK ON ADS).

I think most of them are MFA advertisers but how am I going to fix this? Since it's already showing the highest paying ads, why I get even lower paid by blocking them out?

Sometimes there is a big drop off between the highest paying advertiser and the next highest (or next). If that's true, the highest paying advertiser is only paying what the lowest paying advertiser is. Are there a bunch of high paying advertisers in your niche?

Perhaps you could reduce the number of ad blocks to try and have only the highest paying ads showing.

Tweak your content, lower your ad unit count, and try and get your CTR up a bit by blending your ad units with your content. Keep experimenting...

If I remember right the age and quality of your site plays a big factor. Google will reserve the higher paying ads for sites that consistantly deliver quality clicks... so newer sites will get the lower-paying ads for a while.
