HOW do you make coffee? Instant, stovetop, espresso machine?

    My favourite is stovetop espresso.

Just wondering what DP coffee drinkers use to make their coffee?

Do you have an espresso machine?
Or are you a stovetop espresso user?
Or do you make Turkish or Greek style coffee?
Or are you an instant cofffee person?
    etc...

I've got a temperamental Baby Gaggia (which is more trouble than it's worth), and a cheap (yet very reliable) little Sunbeam EM3600 espresso machine.
But my favourite coffee is still made on a stovetop machine. There's something about the simplicity of fire, water, and coffee that makes sense to me :)

My wife prepares coffee / tea manually by mixing the milk, sugar and coffee powder and the quality is great. I taste coffee from an espresso machine when I venture out.

I drink coffee for only one reason just to wake up. so I can get through the day, just to give me a jump start get me going. I know a lot of people like to perk it and use milk or cream and half and half and drink it slow while eating there breakfast or at work having a coffee break.
I only drink it in the morning to wake and late at night to stay awake.
My wife used to perk it and make a big deal about it, with the different flavored creams etc before she had high blood pressure now she can no longer drink it.
