Can SEO be hurt by using Google Analytics on an interlinking blog network?

Hi, if you own an entire blog network and interlink a lot would you put all the blogs on the same Google Analytics account? I'm afraid Google would punish me for providing myself with links but good links are hard to get. Being able to conveniently use Google Analytics would be nice though.

i don't think you will get "penalized", but if you interlink them, any links you get from them may well be worthless.

I have never had a problem with it before. I also use multiple Blogger accounts under different names but run them all through the same G analytics.

I would consider taking something I'm using of value and making it worthless a penalty.

Don't link them together if you want to keep the lasting value.
