    That's right. Putting adsense in a pop-up is illegal. But according to google adsense help you can't have 'excessive' pop-ups. So, I guess it depends on your definition of excessive:

    I think it looks great but don't be surprized if google asks you to change it cause after i had an elite ad blending tatic and asked the good people here about it six hours later i had an email from google saying change your layout. The joys of asking ;-)
