    Which companies can offer me a whole, front to end e-commerce solution in the United States (USA) that is:
    online store, SEO/SEM, payment gateway (a debit card should be great too) without the need of living or being a citizen of the USA?

    Any experience here about that?

    You may want to look for a web design firm. A good design firm should be able to handle the implementation of a e-commerce store front and back end, as well as customizations and SEO.

    any shopping cart solution can meet your requirement. but i beliveve worldpay handles any credit card around the world. no need to be a US citizen

    TheADprentice, you will have to take care of 2 different points here:

    1. Shopping cart software itself - nowadays there is no limitation by ecommerce script providers for location of customers. It does not matter where you live - you can use any shopping cart software that meets your needs to build an on-line store.

    2. Ability to process credit card payments - it is more difficult here. You will need to open a merchant account and use a payment gateway (supported by the shopping cart), and here comes a question about payment gateways/merchant account providers for your country.

    By the way, you have probably found the solution already, have not you?
