My brand new jokes website

I am truly a novice at the web, but have just started my first website. I am so excited about it and would love any sort of feedback. It is still in the works and I plan on adding much more content. Please let me know what you think about it.

Nice jokes but I think you should add a lot more content to it. The design is too simple.. I will suggest that you should use wordpress as it will give you many options.

I suggest you use wordpress and find a good theme.

 

You need to improve on content part and add more content so that the bounce rate is not high. Your Google ads placement is not good. You need to optimize that part.

 

Agree with everyone else here. I like the site design but you need more content. Come up with some more new jokes and get them added. In due time this site should be pretty nice

 

The site is good with wonderful jokes, but it need improvement in theme, layout, colour combination....also need extra content in the form of jokes........keep it up.........Good luck

 

Funny jokes you have there I can't really say much good about the design or content as it's lacking the basics. Try getting a little help from other websites looks to get the idea.

 

I like the simple design the site has. Some cosmetic improvements still could be done.

Thanks for the input, how do I use wordpress? I plan on adding much more content, this is definitely a work in progress. I would love some more information about wordpress if anybody can spare a minute to tell me about it.

The Idea is very good. But you should add some more content and also improve the design..

Jokes are very interesting and funny but the theme and color schemes are not very attractive.

 

I'm disappointed at the quality of sites that are been posted here for reviews. Looks like the first thing that everyone does is to throw in some stuff (so called site) and place ads on them and expect the clicks to flow. Well, nothing wrong in thinking so but that's not how it actually works. You need to do a lot more research and build quality sites with good conten. The very basic question that you should ask yourself while building a site is, Would I love to browse on this kind of a site? If you are honest to yourself, you can fix most of the issues in the nascent stage itself.

hey it's nicer than my first site lol. you can always tinker with the layout, but I agree that since you're fairly new to this (as am I) you might want to start with a template. of course you'll need to add more content eventually but you can worry about that later.
