How Quick cached Web pages by Google..?

    Suggest me..is social bookmarks, forum posting, comment post and more..?

    you can post your site URL in some social bookmarking sites like, digg, reddit and stumble upon, it will be index fast..

    If your blog or site have regularly updates, then no need to do anything. Whenever you publish a new post, immediately it will be cached by Google.

    If you update daily, your site cache daily. Depending on your updates, Google set crawl frequency of your site/blog. According to that, Google bot visits you.

    Editing doesn't effects much. If you have a blog, then you have to publish posts daily.

    And if you have site, then you must have to add extra pages or content daily but not editing. And mention it in your sitemap. Surely, your site will cache daily. No prob.
