ALERTPAY is REALLY genuine ? They take so much of time to process support ticket.. How much time can they take in sending money ? How many ppl are working with Alertpay ? 4-5 only ?
Last time i also used AP. But their customer service take 2 day to answer my simple question. I don't think AP is run by single people coz its a big copration

i have experince with alert pay, and still i am using it. Ya they have few problems but i gues not much like paypal.
AP CS need to improve. last time i opned ticket dey took 2 days to reply. But dey are friendly And for sure are NOT scam
if you whont to get certyfi just add in your tiket I need as soon as its posible ... and in max 2 days you will get verfited mone I recived in 3-5 working days

There are certain exceptions, which we communicate to members via our website and our help desk. For example, tickets related to transaction disputes may take up to 30 days to be resolved as we have to undertake an investigation to ensure that the decision we make is fair and is communicated correctly to the parties disputing the transaction. Also, it may take up to 10 business days to verify your account once you've submitted all the required documents. Now let me ask you: what do you, our valued members, expect or would like to see when it comes to improving customer support? How quickly would you reasonable expect a response when submitting a ticket? Please put yourself in the shoes of a business owner who has to allocate limited resources to satisfy unlimited wants and needs. Can Response time be reduced for verification process ? I submitted my document on last Friday and yet to have any feedback !!!
Chris, Just a suggestion, you can think of outsource your customer care department to India or Philipines. May be u can get it done at half the cost OR may be with double manpower , with faster turnaround time.
Alertpay, i think it will improve its services and also improve instant process of its query, I am so much interest to propagate about alertpay, because it give me access to receive payment and send payments through this medium, other wise other method is less in this regard.......I appreciate alertpay and hope it will compete all other medium of payment and will try to expand it all over the world with No # 1 payment method......
I have no idea if they are genuine but i have been waiting for 60 days to get verified by AP. Still no response. Should i say they are genuine?
