Can a website have a pagerank of 2 when it only have 2 backlinks from youtube?

Well, i saw a site with 2 pagerank and it only have 2 backlinks.

First and very important is that pagerank is updated from Google on 2-3-4-5 months. Turn back 3 months ago and this website may have 1000 backlinks...
On the next PR update tyhe website will lose its PR on 100%

you usually can get pagerank 2 if you have one pr4 backlink.

 

I know it's impossible but it looks like a glitch.
I try to find every backlinks and i only found 2 and it has a page of 2.
