Adsense stoped counting the clicks

I signed up with adsense several years ago, installed the code in my site and generated some clicks but the earning was so low and i dropped using it.
Now i came back to try another time with my new site and i installed the code again and generated some clicks but adsense did not counted the clicks and the earning is still the same, this is from two weeks.
Is that because i didn't used my account for a long time so they blocked it? How can i fix this?

This problem happened with a new generated code.

 

How do you know you generated a couple of clicks?

 

It appeared in the stats of the clicks, i got 12 click after i installed the code but not a single penny

Did you check your allowed sites?
Make sure you're not blocking your own site there.
