In doing this they add a link to you on their other site and get you to link to the main site they are trying to build up. The benefits actually exist in three-way link is that Citation analysis works well in academic environments but kind of falls a part in a commercially driven direct marketing environment (which is what the web is). Many search algorithms may be able to detect link trading as an artificial means of boosting the popularity of both sites and discount the value of these links. But, by doing a three way link from sites hosted on different servers a webmaster can build link popularity without the search engine being able to detect the link trading as easily. hope help!
3 Way SEO and 3 way linking is the same. You ask a web site owner for a link to your site and give back a link from a different site. This is a strategy that actually works (opposed to regular link exchange, which does not work).
why regular link doesn't work? does it also give back link? is this because "nofollow" tag? if i put some link in blog roll (not in post or commect) will it count when google indexing?
No, its because the search engine spots that both sites are linking to each other and assumes that they have traded links to try and get better rankings. It excludes both links and doesn't count them....Thats the theory anyway but iv found link exchanging still works.
three way linking is bigger sin than two way links if found ...try to get as many as related links without thinking about 2 or 3 way type
Three way refers to the three way link building. Its a kind of link exchange but you are giving link to Site:A from your Site:B but you are getting link to your Site:C. In simple words, You are giving link to another site from your site A but you are getting link to Site:B. And also it can be vice-versa.
The real question is - Is it that more efficient than 2 way linking? i'm not that sure. Is there anyone who had some experirnce with it VS. 2-way links?
