Checking backlinks of a site

I generally check backlinks of a site from Google and backlinkwatch.com. Is there any other free tool out recently that can help me check backlinks? Also, I would like to know about a tool that can provide me statistical information on links for a particular site on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Alexa etc.

By statistical information i mean -

    Site: www.abc.com

    Google: # links
    Yahoo: # links
    Bing: # links

    Please advise.

Try using wholinkstome.com, backlinkcheck.com as a means of finding out who links back to you. All these are just implementations of some search engine API or the other.

backlinkwatch.com is also a good resource for checking overall backlinks of a website.

Always use yahoo and altavista to check the backlinks of your website. But backlink checker will show you more backlinks than yahoo explorer.

    Download 'SEO for firefox'.

Its an add on that will show extra SEO info in search engine results e.g search for something on Google and you will be able to see the page rank, link volume, who is and much more info.

You might want to try this.. seopro.com.au/free-seo-tools/link-checker/.. It's a great free tool because it provides all info that might need such as PR, anchor text, whether it was counted as backlink as well as inbound links.. Works really well for me..

Not reliable. Compare it by using the command link:yoursite.com and other backlink checker such as backlinkwatch.com :D
