Format for Professional SEO Proposal

Anyone mind to share a format of SEO proposal. So far I just talk to the client over the phone or email and will start working. But my new client is asking for a formal proposal document. Any help will be really appricated.

I think you must use your mind that how well you can convince your clients pls dont make copy and paste every time and for every thing.

 

I think format of seo proposal includes glimpse of seo services offered by the company. and include some stats of client's website to whom you want to deal. This is suggested format seo proposal model by me(Its my personal thoughts)

1) Index
2) Web presence of website ( Onsite & Offsite)
3) What you will offer in services
4) your current clients etc..

 

The SEO proposal includes all about your company Standard , Portfolio, exiting projects work status ( in term of ranking ),the charges offered by you and the commitment of the ranking for which you preparing the Proposal. I think all these attributes will help you to Create a good SEO Proposal

Better search for the Outsourcing company sites on the web and get their SEO proposal as your format.
