Del Porto is through to the final of the US open and the Argentine sent Nadal packing out of the US open in straight sets. now who would win the final? Del Porto would be keen to win this final and the 20 year old Argentine definitely has a chance.

Congrats to Juan Martin Del Potro for his smashing performance.

I guess, Serena was outrageous on an issue with line woman, and this made her lose her control: match as well.

Nadal is a good tennis player, but Federer is â„–1 for me :) And I'm glad that Kim Clijsters had returned to big tennis :)

Nadal has never suffered a loss like that before. The final will be very interesting. It's on in about 10 minutes :)

Nadal played his last 3 matches with abdominal strain. Gonzalez and Monfils are just too stupid of a tennis players to take advantage of it. Del Potro is different story. He has the skills and the brain...
I dont think he stands much of a chance in final though. I see a convincing Federer win.

I love Del Potro but was looking forward to another epic showdown between Federer and Nadal, I'm sad he's out.

Del Porto of Argentine just thrashed Nadal out of U.S Open in straight sets which was too ugly to watch.:(It was Federer's bad luck this time which led Nadal out of U.S Open & made way for the Argentine to finally make a mark in the U.S Open by winning in the final.

Federer would have lost in any case even if Nadal reached the final. you should know the fact that federer never defeated Nadal in the hard courts or clay courts. Federer won only two matches against Nadal in his life time and that was twice in the Wimbledon finals and lost 10 matches. including 1 on grass.
