Hi everyone, I'm looking to get a logo designed for a new site I aim to launch. The name of the site is "DomainPeers" (DomainPeers.com) The tagline is "The place for domainers to meet". I need the logo to be classy, simple and elegant with a web 2.0 style. The elements I'm looking for are a simplistic approach, something representing peers or meeting + the domain name and tagline. I like fresh colors, nothing dark please. Feel free to experiment with the concept. Feedback will be given constantly. Logos that I like: flippa.com, 99designs.com, tabblo.com, 9rules.com... just to name a few. Best of luck to everyone. Prize is $40 once I find a design I like. I will let the contest run for a minimum of 48 hours.

@eduardoh: that's a bit dark mate, hard to picture the rest of the site in that blend of colors. @scorpionagency: very nice concept. Could you just try a some other fonts, something is just missing from this one. Keep them coming folks.
@shizzie: an excellent entry mate! Can you try getting some other fresh color in there (so that I have a choice of three colors (that go well together) for the overall color scheme of the site). Also, can you try splitting the slogan to both sides of the P. You know, so that for example "the place for" is to the left of the P and "domainers to meet" is to the right. J
Thanks for your efforts guys. I have nothing to "feedback" as each entry is unique in its own way - I will wait the alotted time to see if anyone comes up with something different before I make my decision. If some of you want to try more, perhaps someone could come up with something where the two words "domain" and "peers" are on top of each other... with some sort of icon or combination of letters d and p on the left.
