    So this thread is the exact reason that 1st world economies are plummeting.

    You'd all rather be captains than deck mates; assuming you deserve either (very high assumption from the replies I've read).

    Go build a ship, don't find markets for people to buy ships.

    If you're going to be a broker your entire life, you might as well quit because we're developing algorithms to make you as useless as blue collar assembly line jockey.

    Work as little as possible and earn easily enough cash to live comfortably without ever have to worry about money again - then tell everyone else about it to make them jealous :)

    the ideal job for me is a job which can makes me happy, and learn a lot, no matter what the salary is.
    I refused a "good" offer from Maersk Logistic, but choose to work in a small company.
    Now i am happy and fuifilled! :)
