I'm selling dofollow blog lists here and I have 3 successful threads.
152 Auto approved PR 3,4,5 & 6 dofollow blog comments list (With Bonuses)
120 Instant Auto approved dofollow blog comments list V2+Reviews+Discount
150 Auto Approved Dofollow Blog Comment List Version3 (PR 7 to 1)

This member immmu is selling it in two other web master forums.

Actually I didn't give any resell rights for anyone, because i'm doing a lot of hard works to find them and make these lists. But these kind of poor guys are not considering it. They eat money!

Please suggest me what I can do here at DP. I think i have showed proofs and Mod's will take an action about him. I started this thread to show this report to other forums mods.

Since he's not selling your list on this forum mods won't take any action against him.
Imagine if we start banning people for downloading torrents
Your best bet is to contact the staff at the forums where your method is being illegally sold, show them proof and get him banned there, you may also leave a negative itrader for him as he's sharing your product (i.e. if he bought from you)

 

How do you say it? one of member in from those forums have reported it to me. I made this thread to take an action from here and show as a proof for other forums members.
In the second thread he has a new account, I think he is a multiple account holder. That's how he got second list from me. Mod's will check it.

^^ What I mean to say is, as I understand the rules, he won't be banned here for engaging in piracy as long as its outside this forum. Other forums may ban it if you can provide credible proof.
E.g. Why would DP ban you if you are selling pirated Adobe CS4 on your own website (as long as you don't advertise it outside sig.)?

 

Your point may correct, But what I need is showing a proof all. I know mods are not involving with private deals, anyway they can get an action about him, because this can be happened for another owner of any valuable product at DP.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem like there's anything you can do about it at all.. You do not own any of the sites on your list, all you have is a list of links of websites.. You do not own copyrighted material, once you sell the list, your buyers can do whatever they want with it..

 

Unless the illegal sales are occurring on this forum, DP staff cannot get involved. Even if someone were using the same username or something on another forum to make those illegal sales, there's no proof in our hands that they're beyond a doubt the same person (and not someone out to get another member banned). You need to take it up with staff at the other forums where the illegal sales are happening.

And as Love* noted, it might not even be an illegal sale anyway. That depends on where you and the other person are located. Lists are often not copyright-protected.

 

Not sure what format this list is in but if it's a *.pdf of some sort, have you thought about watermarking the material?
