Most likely nothing. It depends on where the link is used, anchor text, ect. Really hard to say but I wouldnt expect much except traffic.

Backlinks do help in google serp ranking.

But, it depends on so many other points as well like:
    - unique domain
    - unique IP
    - dofollow
    - anchored keyword
    - total outbound links on the page that you are getting link
    - relevancy
    - position of your link (footer, sidebar or in content)

Obviously, Twitter gives nofollow links and will not give any positive effect in google. DP forum is a dofollow forum, having a signature with anchored keyword would help. But, I suggest get more backlinks from unique domains instead of concentrating on similar domains.

100 inbound links from a single forum site, particularly if done all at once, will have little or no effect. Google won't penalize you but their algorithm will not give the same weight to 100 links from a single site that it will give to 1 link from each of 100 sites. And, as atniz pointed out, there are many other relevant factors that determine the value of link in Google's algorithm (in fact, it is said that there are about 200 factors taken into consideration).

sitewide links used to work like charm few years back. they dont work like that anymore and after certain amount of backlinks, google starts discounting those backlinks from same domian. if it is easy and cost efficient, then i dont see any harm getting links like that. how much it will help in ranking is just anyone's guess

Each link after a handful become worth less and less, but are still worth at least something, so google still respects links from busy forum pages.
