    With windows, you will want to spend 15+

    windows isn't free, have you considered getting a linux os instead? That would be much cheaper.

    you sound reliable. how much time to setup a linux server + vnc from you? and what price. cheapest. will it be able to install windows programs?

    We can probably work something out, but I want to verify you know what you are getting.

    What windows apps do you have in mind? A lot of apps are ported over, but some are not. Do you have a list?

    You would have to find different variations of those to run on Linux. I googled splitcam linux, windows media encoder linux, and it is possible. But you may want to do a little more research on each app and see if you can do it yourself.

    For 5 usd/mo? ok let me tell you something about ubuntu dekstop vps + vnc (I have a few client running this on my server).

    1st of all 5.00/mo you wont get what you want at all.
    2nd, RDC for Ubuntu Dekstop require at least 768 ram and to run application you wanted above it might used more than 1GB ram. My client use up to 1.5GB ram.
    3rd, you wont get all those spec for 5.00.
    4th, PLEASE specify how much disk space you need
