I have toyed with the idea of selling ebooks, however, from what I have seen, it is a pretty saturated and competitive market. That being said, don't let this discourage you. There are two main ways to generate income from an ebook in my opinion: 1) the content of the ebook drives traffic or sales to your website or product/service 2) The purchase price of the ebook is the income point for you. Either way, I think the best way to profit from an ebook is to create an affiliate program that encourages other to sell your ebook as well. If your revenue goal is from option #1, then you should price the ebook very low or even give it out for free. If your revenue comes from option #2, then you should price the book appropriately. Just my two cents.
Its depending your ebook. If your ebook are unique and easy to use, may be many people interested to buy your ebook.

People still buy ebooks, but i'll be more prepared to answer this question after my new affiliate marketing project which will be selling an ebook. We'll see how it goes.
