    I think also known as opt in...

    how do I add a custom form to my homepage? I want to be able edit the form fields. Can I do this for FREE? I am a member of streamsend..can I do it with them?

    something like this...
    enter
    your name
    email
    and product you need

    why don't you just use an autoresponder script? So you will be able to mail them also...
