what can i do for getting more and more traffic from US, UK, CANADA and AUSTRALIA.. I am getting more traffic from India but i want more and more traffic from other countries...
Specifically, which country that you really focus? And, why domain name you are targeting. It will be easier if you share with us the domain name, it's hosting location, etc. Basically, if you want to get US, you need to rank google in google.com instead of google.co.in
Unless you advertise using demographic filters, it's not possible to chose which country your readers come from. Organic traffic can¡t be filtered. Just do some SEO and you'll get traffic from all over the world. That includes these countries.
a site usually dont rank the same across all geo locations. if you need traffic from the countries mentioned, then you need to build country specific links meaning backlinks form sites within the same country (either domain or Ip or both). identify the primary target country and set that country as a targeted country in your google webmaster tool. then keep building links from that country sites with focus on other targeted geo links

Yes, you still get traffic from other countries. Only the volume won't be greater than your targeted country traffic. You can also, check for the similar keyword in google.co.uk, google.co.in, google.com, etc and check your current ranking in for your targeted keywords.
