    My paypal limited , i added VCC and home address was confirmed
    i called to paypal , they said my paypal not limited ,
    but now my paypal status is Limited
    I need know
    Why paypal said my not paypal limited but status is limited ?

    My paypal account got limited like a week ago, but i can still use it fully, only thing i cant do is close the account. But i think its different in different countries

    Strange,I don't think so.
    You added CC to verify ur paypal..So this problem is difficult to solve

    Collect an US bank account (it's simple), verfy it and add it in your PP. Then call PP to remove limitation. It will be solved. I did in this way. :)
