I was not suprised by the top four factors for ranking however I did not quite understand the following:

5.Trustworthiness of the Domain Based on Link Distance from Trusted Domains (e.g. TrustRank, Domain mozTrust, etc.)

This had 66% with very high importance, can anyone help me by explaining?

it seem like a authority * trusted domain like yahoo.com, joomla.org, adobe.com link have a large effect than not a authority site.

Ok

Lets say trusteddomain.com links to anotherwebsite.com and that one links to yourdomain.com

Then you are close to a trusted site, the more anothersite.com are inbetween trusteddomain.com and yourdomain.com the further away you are from a trusted domain.

So once you found a trusted domain, and you can't get a link from them directly, you look where they link to and try to get a link from those sites.

Those links really make a difference
