    Hi, I am selling some of my webmaster tool sites.
    Its a valid PR4 with strong backlinks.
    Alexa 400K
    Have potent to go further.
    All subpages have PR ~ most PR3. Also have 2 subdomain avatar and whois.
    Those are getting around 300UV per month

    No revenue, $450 is a lot of money for a website that does not have;

    1. Unique script/content
    2. No revenue
    3. Theres no gurantee traffic will stay, and there is already a decline judging by your stats.

    No thanks but wil KIV. This month its already 11k UV and we are not even half way. How can you say its declining. A lot users are using its widget
    Traffic will continue to grow and increase as more users use the widget and the tool. Also the SERP will continue to climb ~
    $450 is a bargain for a well-established site.
    Also all pages indexed all have PR3 and PR4.
    About revenue you can say I am a bit lazy but I did sold some banners and got some $xx revenue from selling the spots. :)

    Also as reference this startup site HERE also was sold for $400. This pr checker being sold has a lots of traffics more compared the one sold in the link. Also this domain is brandable and suitable for a PR checker site.

    Hi, these are the keyword and referrer stats.
    A lot are referred by sites using out widgets.
    Total: 2148 different pages-url.

    Also we get natural SE traffic.
