all you need is website traffic and with good ads placement you can earn big..good luck..

 

i am currently placing the ads as:
one as left sidebar widget
one below the post title (banner)
one in middle of post (banner)

i had both of what you said . but i think good keywords are really essential too , to gain more money. becauase i get lot of traffic and good ads placement ( i think ) but money is too fluctuating and money doesnt come so easy .

Adsense income and traffic are directly proportional to each other Hence more traffic = more revenue

 

As of now, focus your attention on getting more content and more traffic to your blog. The rest including the $$ will and should come later. Good luck!

 

my point off view u focus ur traffic unique traffic then u auto manically display high paying ads then u earn extra. because u have put data in ur site then user coming daily then u get good feed back . i think its better to do this.

first thing is traffic if you have a traffic you can start making money. in start if you focus on adding high paying keywords etc your site never come in the Google search

better to start from low paying keywords and then move slowly to the high paying keywords

 

Its hard to focus on money when people see your pic...

To the OP, you might want to try AdWords keyword suggestion tool as someone suggested and perhaps use AdSense adsection to better target AdSense ads.
