Xbox 360 Repair Guide Niche - Games Niche?

Thinking of trying to promote some of these products just wondering if anyone is doing this?

I run an xbox 360 forum and have a lot of people interested in it but not sure how well these guides sell and if they're still as popular.

So please say if you're in this niche

I promote this niche, at the risk of creating a competitor here are my Tips.

Coversions aren't too bad, If you have a site with ready made traffic then plug the products in.
I would suggest looking at all the guides as each one has different USP (uniqe selling point) CONCENTRATE ON THE USP Of each and let the customer decide. Eg There are Video and Text based guides. Some people learn Better wih video others, like me, the text so we can go backover things.

If your going to go PPC Geo Target like a laser and Make sure the people that are clicking are old enough to have credit cards.

One Dumb Aussie.

 

It's still a niche with a lot of money in it so you should give it a go especially if you already have targeted traffic ready to go.

Create a sub forum where you review the products and it should convert nicely.

I noticed that a lot of xbox repair keywords dropped heavily in the recent few months...I remember Microsoft made some update on repairing faulty consoles, and I think that affected the niche a lot.

 

Ive promoted a few products related to this topic and made about $5k from them.

 

Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking, which was why I decided to ask.
Since my forum is about and I have lots of big xbox gamers on it I hear about all of these things, so I'm just checking it's not an over-saturated niche and that people are still making money from it.

Yes I can confirm that the niche is still good and converting, the funny thing is that the only changes that Microsoft made is that you can choose to send it back to them for the 1 red light error free of charge as long as you are in warranty.

However people are still looking for a fast way to fix their console and an Xbox 360 Repair guide is a good way.
