How to overcome the Monday syndrome?

Back to work from a one to two days' rest on Monday, have you ever find it hard to wake up in the morning and hard to concentrate on work immediately?
How to overcome the Monday Syndrome? Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Don't go in. That always pumps you up for the rest of the week knowing you've cheated Monday on its vicious attack against you

I'm having the same sickness too! I always came late at the office every Monday. But I'm glad I wasn't late this morning, though I was too close of being late again. When on work, I just keep my eyes wide open and do the same stuffs just like on the other days.

Try to have enough sleep every Sunday so you won't find it hard to wake up every Monday.

I have the Sunday Syndrome. I find it really hard to get asleep every Sunday night and then hard to get up in the next morning. Therefore, half of the next day will be spent in half-sleeping and half-waking status.

As someone already said - Loving your work is more important.

It should be such that you're not able to wait and get to work on a Monday Morning.

I still have that noisy feeling starting on Mondays, but it's over half an hour after going to my office.

Simply forget all the days in a week ! :D

Don't think much that today is which day ! :p

And then you will feel all days as the same day.

Well, it is really hard to recover from Sunday (Fun day) and get back to work on Monday. I don't think anything can get you rid out of this. :D

    It's a law.

Smile and keep telling yourself that today will be the best. Start as soon as you wake up. Actually I use this everyday. It will allow the negative feelings to go away.

I can't really answer that question. I'm working from home so I Mondays don't bother me. :D
But when I was studying in school it was really awful! I don't even want to think about it.

Yes, Mondays can be tough. Sometimes you just have to keep putting one foot in front of another.
