    HI all, looking to sell www.mjhosting.com

    The site is continually growing and getting new members everyday, I just did SEO on the site and am now starting to receive traffic from the search engines. I'm getting around 3k uniques a month right now, I suspect that will more than double in the next few weeks of growing the site. Most all of the uniques right now are organic, being reffered from review sites and word of mouth.

    The site control panel is layered panel, I paid for upgrades so you get the newest version and updates when they come out. The support from them has been great and I have a really good relationship with them. I'll pass on the guys name that I work with should you need any assistance with the site, I will help out as well but it pretty much runs itself.



    I have it hosted on a dedicated server costing 147 per month but you can move it to where ever you want, you dont need to be on the server that I'm on, its really powerful, I chose it because I didnt want to have to migrate when receiving too many members, this site could easily be run on a smaller server if you choose to.

    Google adsense is currently on the site, has made around 12 bucks so far but I haven't optimised it at all, I kind of threw it up there just to check the block while building the site. Will proved a full analytics report to perspective buyers.

    Doesn't take long at all, I usually spend 5-10 mins a day to check forum posts and delete any accounts that are against our terms of service. Other than that it's pretty much auto pilot after you get the amount of traffic you are looking to get. All the traffic right now is organic and will grow as word of mouth spreads, but you can help it out a lot by building backlinks. I'll work with the new buyer if they need assistance in learning how to build them :)

    I just have a lot going on right now and don't have the time that I'd like to have to dedicate to promoting the site further.

    Price dropped to $300 for a fast sale. If it doesnt sell at this price I'll take the offer that I received for $250
