Hello everyone, I want to notify everyone that I'm starting a new challenge for myself to make a website that brings $1000 a month or $33 a day on average. And the goal is to make it in 30 days or less. If you're interested in following my progress you can read my blog where I will be providing regular updates of how am I doing. You can also follow me on twitter if you like.. I'm not trying to spam you with my blog. I'm not selling anything.. I just thought you'd be interested in following my attempt at making money online with affiliate marketing and SEO. That's all, wish me good luck! Thanks
You don't need to follow me.. Only if you're interested. I'm just starting a blog and letting the world know about it.. I think there will be people in here interested in following me. That's all, peace
I see you're having a go at CPA via Google. This'll be pretty difficult to rank early on fella, I would have imagined using free classifieds might be a better technique. Good luck with it anyway, will follow up.
It's easy if you're not a noob. It's surprising how people don't realise that when action is taken making $35 a day is really not that hard. Sometimes you just need one sale.
This is by no means impossible - just takes hard work and determination, both of which you've already showcased. But it also takes diligence: in this respect, it's most appropriate to allow time to run its course, before conceding to whether you're indeed ruthless in your perseverance. I'm wondering if you'll disclose everything (i.e. your chosen keywords, products, landing pages) a month from now? Keep in mind the more details you put forth, the more usefulness your blog will offer to begginners... while simultaneously making it easier for the pros to help you polish the rough edges in your plan. Best of luck, P.
OP can provide useful advice without disclosing their keywords/landing page or products. OP keep in mind not to disclose those details...
Well, yeah it's a high goal but that's the point. I will work hard, if I try as hard and I fail well I guess it wasn't meant to be.. but I'm gonna continue working on it until I get to $1000 a month. If only get to $500 then I just have to do this once again and I'm at my goal right? Sorry, I will NOT be revealing my niche, keywords, landing page and products in no case because that's just stupid. I hope you understand. I will try to provide other helpful information and statistics that might be interesting. So that's it for now. Let's get back to work!
It depends where your at with regards marketing and montizing really. It can be done if well planned and implemented. If you have never made 1000 a month from a single website no matter the time period it will be very hard work. I wish you all the best. I will follow your progress good luck
is this a brand new website? if its brand new website and i think its imposible unless he/she know any tricks or secrets to reach that goal. I will wait and see.
Its impossible if he trys to do it from straight search engine rankings but with some adwords help, anything is possible. It is just going to take a lot of hard work. Good luck.
A great idea,I admit.Hope you can find some guys to make money with you although I'm not very interested in this big bread.Come on,guy.Good luck. And also I want to mention you that:Be clear and cautious on your way to success,or you'll experience an unexpected failure.
Any one willing to make $1000 on this thread. I bet he's not gonna make it.. any one willing to take a bet of $1000 - lol atleast someone shd make one grand
See, this is what bothers me in today's economy. We have skilled manufacturers who produce the goods that we sell online. They are losing their jobs, yet we continue to shill away things to the highest bidder that we have had little work on. I feel in this day and age the only legitimate online "job" is in blogging/reporting/journalism. (Disclaimer: I think advertising/marketing is too easy and a joke for the birds and children; you can't make a career or reputation out of deception regardless of what you think) ...But blogging, and reporting on algorithms or optimization, though arts in themselves, is for the majority of the process cut and paste. Innovation is lacking in the day and age where no cottage industry ("home business" ha) is creating anything new or tangible, that's being left up only to corporations and the very few true entrepreneurs that the rest of the Internet Affiliate Marketers Gang so desperately try to emulate. That is their flaw. If this blog has content for content's sake and undertakes ambitious projects, be it research or development, I will take a gander for the hope of amusement from a blog created post 2006 (They started out just being internet diaries, dontchaknow, not whore-machines). Monetizing a blog isn't terribly hard work, especially if done intelligently and the creation of the blog has had some smart outsourcing of seo, article writing, product development done.
unless all the online DP members will click on his/her google adsense ads. But still, this is a great goal and hope she/he can make it. Good luck.
Telling you about my goals has already had a positive effect. Reading all your comments only makes me want to work harder! The ones that don't believe I can do it I want to prove them wrong, and the ones that support me and wish me good luck I don't want to let down. So to answer some questions: Yes, I'm starting from scratch with a new website that's not even indexed in google yet. My biggest success so far is a site that made about $300 in 2-3 months so I've definitely not done this. And I won't be using free classified sites or adwords or anything else to drive traffic. I will submit articles though and make pages on web 2.0 sites so maybe they could bring some other traffic apart from the search engines. But the goal is to rank top 3 for my keywords in google. Now it's a question of whether I will be able to rank well for my keywords in 30 days and.. whether they would bring that much traffic that I'm expecting and whether my site and the offers are good enough.. and whether the traffic will actually convert into sales with the rate that I expect. So yes there are many things that could go wrong.. but I'd like to believe everything will go according to plan. My main focus would be in building links to my pages and making new pages. So that I get traffic, and then we'll see if I'll be able to monetize it. Just to clarify the goal is not to have made $1000 after 30 days (although that would be nice ) but to rank the site in 30 days for keywords that bring about 80 visitors a day that lead to 1 sale a day. As I've already set a goal to do it 30 days I'd really want to do it in that time frame to prove wrong all those who bet against me. And I'll be working really hard to do so. I don't want to fail and prove they were right. But even if I don't make it.. hopefully I'll be closer and will continue working harder afterwards until I've achieved my goal.. The key is I'll be taking action. And action always brings results. If they are good let's say I'm moving higher in the SERPS then I'll know that what I'm doing is good and do more of it. If I'm getting bad results I'll know I'm not doing something right.. and learn from it. So I know if I just continue moving forward I can't fail... eventually I will make it! ..even if takes me more than 30 days.. But setting a deadline helps me focus more and work harder to meet the deadline. That's why there is one. I'll post a quick update on my blog shortly! Thanks for everyone that supports me!
