I have a nice desktop with plenty of monitors, so I don't need to recreate that when on the road.
I have an Acer 11.6" Netbook and I love it. Full sized keyboard, Great Wifi, WIMAX drivers, Bluetooth and embedded web cam with my added blue tooth headset and it's perfect for what I need.

It's small enough to carry around in a sleeve or small bag like a stack of folders.

No need to drag a big assed laptop to meetings or the local coffee shop.

I have the MSI Wind U100. It's great to use. It has 2GHz of ram, 160Gb HDD, 1.3MP video cam and 1 10 inch lcd. I dual booted it using XP and Ubuntu 9.04, can't wait to test chrome os when it comes out though.

I've got the 11.6" Aspire One and I highly recommend it- I would upgrade to 2GB of RAM but other than that it's perfect- full size keyboard, 1366x768 HD screen- actually my website is about reviewing netbooks- check my sig ;)

Yes. There are different configurations, but most are Wimax ready. You can download the drivers for free at Intel.
Some come with Blue Tooth embedded also. Mine didn't, but a simple $15 USB nub took care of that...I've even seen those a low as $3.

pretty good, nice appearance.I have some friends using it.Mine is HP,14.1 inch, also works well.

The 1000HE is a very good choice- my brother has one and it has all of the bells and whistles- it includes bluetooth, 802.11n wifi, very long battery life, etc. It costs about $50 more than the 1000HA but has alot of extra features too-

I would suggest going on Amazon and reading the customer reviews.
The Asus Eee and Acer Aspire are some of the most popular netbooks being sold with hundreds of reviews from people who have purchased.
When I checked the Acer's reviews, there were something like 350 reviews on the 10.1 sized.
Now the 11.6 is the hot ticket.

I've thought about getting one, but the screen and power inside one does put me off. I think would stick to a laptop but would be handy to have if I was out and about more.
