    Sometimes results take toooooo long.. even google search results and others don't show up. What would be needed to make this faster? Better server?

    Just a better server really. The site is hosted on a server that also contains a site which aggregates social network users activity feeds every minute so the site is performing slower than usual. Once it's moved to a new server it should perform a lot better.

    Also, the site that I'm building which aggregates activity feeds from social networks would work as a great indexing engine for SearchMerge so I'm happy to talk to the buyer of the site about them perhaps plugging in to my new site's database instead of crawling the SNs in real-time.

    For the Google API, I thought they stopped giving out the keys for the API you are using a long time ago? Do they not only offer ajax API keys now? Im guessing your using an old SOAP key? Would this be offered to the buyer?

    Sorry, I was mistaken about the API key. We do indeed use the Ajax API (http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/web).

    Is this a custom script made by you? Is there a admin panel? If this is a custom script, then does the winner get 100% exclusive rights?
    Also would you be willing to make a few simple layout / feature changes for the winner?

    Yes, I coded the script myself. I'm afraid there is not an admin panel, no. The winner gets 100% rights to the site to do what they want and I'm willing to make a few changes if the site sells for a good price :).
