IMHO Tramadol should be a generic name, leading pharmaceuticals will probably sell this under their own trademark brands. But don't take my word for it. The best money you can ever spend on is on an IP lawyer. IP has become so complicated that it is often better to seek professional advice and more often than not, such advice can save you from a potentially damaging law suit.

Yes, I am pretty sure that name is breaking the Trademark. At this time I wouldn't put anything related to the drug on there.

If you're aiming to make money off it without infringing on its trademark sake,
I don't know how since it means nothing else other than what it's known and
commercially used for. Why else did you register it to begin with anyway?

Tramadol is a trademarked morphin alike drug, so I guess this could cause legal issues.
