India shares a very cordial relation with Israel, with Israel helping India with sensitive defence tech (Israel has become second biggest supplier of defence equipments to India after Russia), train Indian security personnels, heck there was also a news that Israel dug into it's own reserves to supply India during the kargil conflict, but yes on face value India does try to play neutral so as to keep it's 'oil rich' arab friends happy
