did you log into into yr pp from another ip ?? use a vpn or a proxy ?? other then that if you transferred funds from one pp a/c to another pp using the same ip , then this what pp does. just send them the address proof or whatever docs they asked you and wait for 15 days , they don't close any thing before 15 days are over.
No, I won't think they will ask for invoice because they did not limit your account for any charge back/dispute. They might have realized that your account was accessed by some third party for fraud activity. Just complete the third step in resolution center and they will release your account. Regards
As from the image I can see only location is not resolved. This can be resolved by any address proof like passport bank statement....etc
