IDon’t think so, best of my knowledge any buyer can open dispute with in 45 days as per PayPal rule if you are selling any physical good you must kept the proof of shipment, and the shipping address must be same as per PayPal address. In the case of services you must kept save the communication details for more detail take your time to visit PayPal you van find there all the answer written details in the help section

JacobNix, this person still could open a dispute, but that's all. It's a virtual good and Paypal buyer policy applies to physical goods only. So if this person opens dispute against you, please just respond to dispute and explain that payment was made for virtual service. It's that simple.

I don't think you can disable the refund option in PayPal.

i think this may work first as u think he can't dispute second time :)

but what if he charged back later by claiming unauthorize access ?

    better use escrow

escrow will handle those situations like calling cc company reps for possible chargebacks etc

I head some chargebacks from buyers who used the service and later decided that can save their money. Using PayPal though can provide the seller additional protection from such actions, especially if the buyer uses paypal account, and confirm delivery of service/goods.

It seems as if you want the protection and the money at the same time.

    Interesting..
