Opening a bank accnt ...need help

    Hii every one...

    I am from India and for the first time in my life i am about to with draw money from my paypal.

    I dont have a bank account.So i wanted to know which kind of account and in which bank do I need an account in order to transfer the money.And can you please enlighten me on other stuffs I need to know fpr sucessfully transferring money from my paypal accnt to bank.

    First of all congratulations!

    You should open a bank account that NEFT supported, I mean icici, sbi, Bob, hdfc all these banks are supported. In order to withdraw your money, you are required to get the IFSC code of your bank which you can get from the bank branch or on the leafe of your check book.
    Make sure your paypal name and bank name must match otherwise transaction will decline and you will be charged for it.

    Thanks for the info...can the order of the name be different in my paypal accnt and bank account ie the first name and the last name..

    no when you will withdraw name of paypal account must match bank account holder name.

    Both account name (in paypal and in bank) needs to be same for this. I suggest you to go with HDFC or SBI. And don't forget to add all details such as bank account number, IFSC code properly at the time of adding bank account details in paypal.

    As mentioned by Deluxdon HDFC or SBI is best
    Your name should match with account
    IFSC is neeed its usually on your cheque book
