Way to report on keywords by date?

Hello! I recently started learning the AdWords system and have a question for the gurus out there.

Say I just added 400 keywords to currently running campaigns (and subsequent ad groups) for an account. I want to closely monitor these 400 keywords. How can I do this? I don't see a report within AdWords or within Adwords Editor to sort keywords by date created / added / modified. I know there is Change History, but that only reports "this was changed." It doesn't let me see individual keyword results. Any tips?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Why not just make a special adgroup for them while they're in tentative mode?

A lot of keywords use different Ads (text). I would have to create a 1-to-1 tentative ad group to real ad group. While it works, it hardly seems like good functionality. Surely there is a better way?

Not that I know of, Google Adwords Editor makes it really easy to copy and paste ads and keywords from other Adgroups/Campaigns so it really wouldn't be as much trouble as you think.

The only downside is when you migrate it back the statistics won't come with it but will remain on the temporary adgroup.

Right, statistics. Google really needs to fix that one. I appreciate the help, Fuel. Anyone else have suggestions?

You change the name of your adgroups. For example, you may want to add a prefix like "TestWords - Name of Product" so that you can recognize which adgroups you are testing. You can then sort by adgroup in the reports generated. Changing the name of an adgroup does not affect stats.
