   Yes, it is possible. In Thunderbird, go to Account Settings >> Server Settings. Then make sure you tick "Leave messages on server" checkbox.

   Is it also possible that if I send an email from thunderbird to keep a copy of the sent email in the sent folder of my webbased email access?
