My website got 100,000 impressions yesterday - im very happy with that. I made $150 with adsense. I'd love to earn more money - i think $150 is very low for the impressions. Can anyone say how many impressions they get - and how much they earn. I'd like to see what im doing wrong. (Still happy though Cheers

100,000 impressions? That's pretty awesome! I understand you may not want to share your site or niche publicily but could you shed the light on what you've done to reach such traffic? What are your main sources? Search engines or otherwise? But you can probably pull a lot more from it with these amount of impressions. Maybe put CPA offer related to your niche? CPA networks will just LOVE your traffic supply.

Is it 100,000 impressions or actual visits? There's a difference as you probably know. impressions (hits) are requests for the page made by any source. Visits are actual page loadings. Different tracking methods refer to impressions and visits in different manners.
It's 100,000 Hits --actual visitors is closer to 65k / 75k I cannot really say my site - as it would be easy-ish to copy. All the traffic is human - i do not pay for hits, and apart from adding a few things, i have not advertised or spent any money on it for years. I got it started by making a site that just wasnt out there. Paied to have it put in directories - and went after the long tail keywords with on page seo. The site is in the education niche -- so CPA has never worked for me, maybe i need to try other products - but adsense is the only source of income. I would have liked to use TLA -- but dont want to risk getting google mad Over 80% of my traffic now comes from bookmarks or typing url - the rest search engines (google, then bing) - yahoo seems to hate it lol. All i can really think of trying is changing the adsense ads from blended to stand out more. Cheers guys! Do you mean you have reached that number in all the amount of time your site has been up and running, or is that your daily stat?

With adsense properly optimized, you can expect an average of $5 for every 1000 impressions. I average around $7 for every 1000 impressions. But again, I only receive just over 2000 impressions per month.
One idea is to forget about Adsense and start charging people directly for running ads on your popular website. Consider openx.org or another ad serving platform. You will certainly earn more than $150 because you will be cutting out Google as the middleman. When you find out how much more, you might be shocked at the difference between Adsense and direct ad sales. It's not a small number! Look at the rate sheets from other popular sites and set your own prices accordingly.
