I have Bank of America(usa) online a/c but no Debitcard

    Hello, my well wishers can any body tell me "I have Bank of America(usa) online a/c but no Debitcard" earlier i was in USA, so am i eligible for verifying paypal account with that...now i am in india. Suggest me what to do?

    Well,I think you should close ur US account,Then create a new one(india account)..
