hi. 1. can i have 1 credit card per 2 paypal account? (premier and personal one)? 2. one of them is limited. how can i close it and add the ccredit card to another one? 3. how can i open a new fresh paypal account and dont be limited at the moment (it happens last 2 times i tried to open a new one!!!! both me and my friend) thank you for your help

Just add ur cc to verify your paypal... BTW,Paypal only allows 2 accounts per person.If you already have 2,then you can not create a new one...
And did you use the same CC for those limited accounts? Make a fresh acc and add a cc that you never used before. You cannot close your pp if it is closed unless you prove that you own that acc. I was asked it for one of my pp accounts.
Then you can not create a new paypal account with ur same name & bank account.. If you need it urgent for ur bussiness,You can create a new one with ur parent's name,use his/hers bank account to verify it...
ok i will try this way. i wrote to PP to close my old account but no response, called too and nothing happened. i send them all documents to prove thats mine but nothing... still waiting and waiting for over 2 months

how can they control the name on my credit card?! impossible... so? my sisters name, same address and my blank CC?
i had the same problem! different name (fathers name) + same address and got limited! i dont know what to do too.
