Ok here is the deal.. i have notice this from so many day whenever i have high Avg. RPC my clicks are less and whenever i have low Avg. RPC my clicks are high.. so does it mean yahoo don't count all clicks and give you high Avg. RPC and some times they count all and give you low Avg. RPC..

Of course not. You get paid on all valid clicks. They do not pay for clicks that come from outside the US.

But it's not about Valid Click it's about RPC, when it's high clicks are less and when it's low clicks are more.. it doesn't have to do with Outside us Clicks..

The answer is no. How many clicks you get has nothing to do with what you are getting paid.

    There are other factors -

You are going to get wider statistical variations with fewer clicks. You may get a few high paying clicks one day and that throws off your average.

There can also be huge differences in what one ad pays vs another. Sometimes the best written or relevant ad (which plays a huge role in what ad gets clicked) is a low paying ad. When that ad is being served, it will produce a lot of clicks but the pay is going to be much less.

I have one sector that has a large advertiser that plays a large role in earnings. When their ad is running, my CTR increase by 250% and the average pay increases almost 300%. When they suspend their ad, the CTR drops 60% and the average click pays 1/3. For example, instead of 1000 clicks paying $1 (not real figures) each and a CTR of 12.5% - I'll get 400 clicks paying 33 cents. Their well written ad, combined with a higher rate of pay causes this. Nothing you can do about it.

I am not sure if the quality of the ads will affect the RPC in YPN. may be it is true in case of Adsense.

What are you talking about? Who said anything about quality of ads affecting RPC?

Are you serious??? You don't get paid for clicks from outside the US??? If so that is a bad deal!!! I need to put my adsense ads back on then.
Google pays you for all clicks.

YPN is only running in the United States right now so obviously they aint gonna be paying you for international clicks.

It's in their TOS. You can also get terminated for International traffic (they don't disclose what percentage is too much, but it's more than 10%) so you want to check your logs to see your traffic breakdown.

Google pays you for all clicks, but International clicks pay a lot less. You can use a program like phpadsnew to serve YPN to US ips, and adsense to all others. One of the reason YPN pays more is because they are only targeting the high paying US market for now. YPN's CTR is also lower (on average) than adsense because they don't have enough advertisers in a lot of sectors, and their targeting has a lot of problems. I use whichever nets me more per site - and lately, more sites are going back to adsense because YPN payouts are dropping.
