$100 - New Website Design Contest (psd only no html) (+$25 for logo)

    Hello,

    I am starting to work on a new website and looking a designer to do template. I only need the psd files for this contest.

    The website doesn’t have a logo yet, so if you can design a logo that my client likes, I will pay an extra $25 for it.

    The company is called: Arkay Career Services
    The website will be: arkaycareers[dot]com
    Arkay = RK (if that helps with the logo part)

    The company specializes in Medical Technology careers & recruitment.

    I need a web 2.0 design, high tech look, and have bright colors. I don’t want dark and dull colors!

    I need two pages:

    1) Homepage
    2) Inner page

    1) Homepage:
    - Menu (Home, Job Board, Resources (Drops down: Job Seekers, Employers), Referral, Forum, Blog, About Us, Contact Us
    - I need a place for RSS feeds
    - Newsletter join form
    - Social Media section (To follow on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter…etc)
    - Bottom small menu (FAQ, Blog, …etc)
    - I need graphics that express: Careers, Resume, Jobs, Technology…

    2) Inner Page:
    - A place for RSS feeds
    - Form
    - Content…

    Website examples that my client likes:
    Healthcarescouts[dot]com
    hireability[dot]com

    The prize will be $100 (+$25 if logo is added and is approved by client)
    I will pay only through PayPal
    If I don’t find any good entries, I won’t choose a winner.

    How bout I just design the logo...if iwin i get the 25 bucks?
    how long is the contest going to run?
    any specifications for the logo? colour theme/size etc

    Must design be coded and in what? Will people who do only template WITH logo have adventage over ones who dont provide logo, or its the same? How long this contest will be running for?

    This contest is for website design and possibly a logo. I do NOT want to turn this thread into a logo contest. This is strictly a website design contest and I'm adding the logo as a bonus.

    The designer who gives me a website with a nice logo wins both, if not, I will take the design and later do a logo contest on its own.

    So, please don't submit any logos alone, I need the logos to come WITH the website, that's why I didn't provide any specs related to the logo, because we don't have a website yet!

    As for the deadline, I'm running this until Sunday 9/13/09. If I see good entries and the designers need more time to improve those entries, I will extend the deadline.


    PSD Only no coding at all , only psd + fonts if used ...


    To answer the questions asked:
    To clarify for whoever wins this contest:
    Template only gets $100
    Template + logo gets $125

    Designers submitting Logos only get nothing - because this is a template contest.

    The design is a very basic (looks more like a Frontpage template), I received another one in PM that was much more Web 2.0 style. See if you can edit it, and please change the picture of the dentist in the middle, not too appealing :)

    Thank you everyone for trying. We officially received 2 entries via PM. Other people have tried or asked us to expect something, but the only entries received were two.

    They were both very nice, it was a tough choice, only one was selected by my client.

    The winner of this contest is Harizd - Congratulations! :)

    We plan on opening a new contest for the logo, if anyone interested in doing the logo, please PM or keep an eye for the new contest.
