    Is it free to join?
    It can be alternative of Adsense?

    It can be alternative it google rejects your site. Yahoo Adcenter is not free, ;you have to pay them first.

    But it is not Yahoo Adcenter lol. MSN Adcenter and the other one is Yahoo Search Marketing.

    they have not many adv. to more puplisher sites

    i wouldn't trust anything that says MSN to pay me...

    If they can spam wesbites with fake referrer logs, they will indeed shave away clicks...
