Banners / Images NOT appearing

Hi All

I am helping out our local church as their web designer "ran off".

Anyway my knowledge of Joomla is limited.

Now if you look at their homepage:

http://www.lcchurch.co.uk/

The banners at the top rotate and display no problem.

However on certain articles they don't, see here:

http://www.lcchurch.co.uk/articles-by-pastor-park/185-articles-by-pastor-mark.html

It seems as if any article NOT directly displayed on the main menu then this happens. Can anyone explain this?

The category that contains this article must be selected in menu selection of the module which was showing your banners.

In the banner module there is NO option for category selection.

Can you take a screenshot of your banner module config?

 

It's because your set your slideshow module to show only on frontpage so it is not showing in all page.
Go to Module Manager - your slideshow module name and click on it. On "menu assignment" select Menus: All and it will display on all pages. Try it and let me know if it's still troubles.

NO it is set to show on all pages but if the article is not on the main menu then it does not display the banner on those articles.

As you can see the module only allows for banners to be displayed on menu items. But any articles NOT listed on the main menu do not get a banner.
