Personally i feel that you need to be looking to have a word that is also from the same country as the domain in instances like this because having something that starts with an english word and is placed onto an extension that is from a country that does not speak english primarily you have to think that your searches are going to be low.
what the fee for .bg ccTLD? As I know it's pretty high... If you will register a strong keyword than go ahead

oh, i see, well i not really like it, coz first impression is bg=big. but i will get at least one if the keyword is either good or very short
As the ccTLD of Bulgaria,maybe it's not familiar to us.And it's also not that popular as .com or .org or others.But it still can be popular in your own country.And maybe it's also a wise choice for the guys who want to develop their business in your country.Therefore,it still have some potential value to invest,I think.
