$150 Website Contest (.psd/wordpress theme)

    Hey There DP'ers.
    I realize lately there have been quite a few contests that have been started and the contest holder abandons the thread and doesn't pay anyone;

I've notice that there have been less and less quality contest submissions, I always pay my contest winners,
    Last contests I’ve hosted:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=12353091
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1428451
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1481086

All contests winners have received payment (except the last one, PayPal is in the process of extracting the money from my bank).

    Contest prizes:
If you can provide PSD AND code the PSD into a wordpress theme:
    $150
If you can only provide a PSD theme:
    $95

    A logo must be provided

The design HAS to be green, here are some examples of sites that use a good green colour that would probably look nice on this site:
    http://www.livinggreener.gov.au/rebates-grants-loans/home-owners/green-loans/
    http://www.environment.gov.au/greenloans/
    http://www.thepowerpointtemplates.info/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/green_templates.jpg
    http://www.templatehelp.com/preset/pr_preview.php?i=23206&pr_code=0Zd415v8zz40cr2W6b06SkC9ge7Kir

No flash is to be used in the design, just nice greens and white BG. Make it look professional.
I don’t mind having a menu under the header, or a left or right sidebar, just experiment. But no 2 sidebars please, the site won’t have enough content for that.

Below are the menu buttons I would like:

There needs to be a prominent location for a contact number and email address, perhaps in the footer or the header.

    IMPORTANT
All submissions HAVE to be uploaded to my webserver, so instead of using an image hosting script, please use mine. It makes it easier for everyone.

Feel free to post your image here, SUBMIT YOUR DESIGNS HERE:
    http://wakemedia.com.au/dpcontest/

If you do not upload image to my webhost your entry will be ignored.

The contest will end in about 7 days.

First of all. Thanks for the invite roflux.

Can we atleast know the theme of this design? And the Logo text or something? Simple Green is not something I'm clear about.

Eventually it will become a website, so coded in wordpress would be best. If you cannot provide coding I will seek a PSD > Wordpress service.

Just to clear something up, If you provide the PSD alone you will be paid $95, if you can provide both the PSD and a coded wordpress theme folder you will be paid $150.

All prices quoted are in USD.

Keep the submissions going people! If you want to PM me the design feel free too.

    Yep,

The best design will be picked. And then if the designer is able to code it all the better, if not I will pay them the $95 and organise my own developer. If your boyfriend can code your design that would work out well for the both of you :).

    EDIT:

I have received a couple of entries via PM so far, and they are overly complex, and in one instance the gradient has been stolen from a URL i provided in the opening post.
So i must stress to keep the design simple!

Here is an example of some work my friend produced recently, I dig this design as it is very simple (I am not saying copy this style, just helping everyone understand what the client and I want).:

Looking forward to seeing some more entries!

I am unable to code this, it is PSD alone.

    Well spotted Jasna, thanks!

So far no entries have stood out to me, they are all similiar, and unfortunetly do not look professional.

Here is an example of a green/white site that is high quality/professional:
    http://www.goodenergy.co.uk/

All future designs please don't include blogroll / categories / archives.

Perhaps articles/news on the left, similar to what goodenergy.co.uk do.

    The menu system will be:

    logo info:

    So far Jasna is leading.
