How do you make just the centre content change like this site

    When you click the left menu options on this site, the whole page doesn't reload. Just the centre content. When I do the same on my site the whole page reloads.

    Does anyone know how that works?

    its frame concept. In HTML frames only the corresponding part loads while others remain the same. Learn more about frames from google :) Have fun!

    Huh? When I click on the left menu items, I get a full page load with a new url (FF 3.5.x).

    Try this:

    Create a separate page for tat central part for each menu item and include it in your main page using frame concept. so that when you click each menu it ll load separate pages.

    Ah I thought it was something like that. Not many people use frames though do they.
